About Coaching

What is coaching?

Coaching is a transformative process of your thoughts, emotions, physical being and spiritual being and is a form of intentional relationship between a client and a coach that fosters personal and spiritual development. My goal as a coach is to help navigate the journey of shedding the layers of the emotional heaviness that is keeping you stuck in the habits, patterns and limiting beliefs that are perpetuating your unhealthy choices and decisions. I act as a guide walking along side you to steer you toward what genuinely feels good to your heart center and aligns with your spiritual truths.

Who hires a life coach?

A person hires a coach when they get stuck in their way of thinking and can’t see past the blinders that are giving them tunnel vision. They know a change needs to happen but they don’t know what that entails or the direction to go. Maybe you have read many books on the topics of  “self-help”, “personal development” and “spirituality” and it still seems to be a struggle to make the changes you desire.  A coach is not attached to your life story, therefore they have the ability to see things differently and are able to present a new perspective.

Meditation is beneficial on all levels – emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. This is an important practice to have when healing the body.

This coaching experience may help in learning different techniques to incorporate in a meditation practice to bring peace and relaxation to the mind and body from the day to day stresses. This session may also provide insight for any difficulty you may be having with your meditation practice.

Prepare for your 60 minute session by being in a quiet undisturbed space and have your list of questions (if applicable).

Tapping/EFT is a process that when you tap on meridian points of your body it helps to release negative/low vibrational emotions and sends a signal to the amygdala (the fight or flight mechanism) in the brain to relax. This process then creates an “energetic void” in the body – similar to pouring water out of cup – we then go through and fill up with some positive reinforcement.

This process may be used for fears, phobias, changing behavioral patterns & unhealthy habits, developing different viewpoints about life experiences, inner-child healing, and more.

This is a healing technique that may be beneficial physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Diving messages from the angels are always given from a space of love!

Angels and guides are with us during our life journey and are available to help us – angel cards are one way to receive their guidance. People usually get an angel card reading because they are seeking a solution to a problem they may be currently facing, which could be involving a topic about romance, finances, career or their health; and others are simply open-minded to whatever messages are revealed. Through the use of the cards, the angels give you information that will help you move forward from a situation that may be keeping you stuck.  Keep in mind, that an angel card reading is a guidance tool and is not a substitute for any situation requiring professional help.

Reiki (ray-key) meaning “life force energy” is a Japanese alternative energy healing technique.

An excellent opportunity to release tension and stress. This session is to help reduce and/or remove energy blocks in the body – including emotional, physical and spiritual.Allowing up to 30 minutes for the Reiki session and up to 30 minutes of coaching to address the areas of your life that may be contributing to the energy blocks in the body. Take the time to nurture yourself with this in person experience.

Reiki is a relaxation and stress-reducing technique and can be used to compliment professional medical/psychological care however, it is not a substitute for any situation requiring professional help.

Chakra means “wheel” or “disk” in Sanskrit and refers to energy points of the body.

During this session the attention is focused on the 7 main Chakra – root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third-eye and crown. Some of the benefits to aligning the chakras may include, but not limited to: feeling more grounded, opening up your creativity, igniting confidence and self-worth, feeling inner peace and love, improvement in communicating, an understanding of life purpose and meaning, enhancing spiritual connection.

This in person session includes up to 30 minutes on Chakra Balancing and up to 30 minutes of coaching.

Chakra Balancing is a relaxation and stress-reducing technique and can be used to compliment professional medical/psychological care however, it is not a substitute for any situation requiring professional help.

Past Life Session

 
This is a gentle process in a hypnotic state to access memories of prior incarnations.  Visiting a past life may give you insight to:
  • unexplained phobias & fears
  • a connection to someone you’ve met for “the first time”
  • unexplained physical issues
  • an attraction to another era
  • unusual scars or birthmarks on your body
  • relationship issues
Exploring past lives may also provide a greater understanding about the purpose of your current life.
