Refund and Returns Policy

I want you to be happy with anything you purchase with me. I do my best to ensure customer satisfaction at every step of the way. Please take a moment to review the return policy for all items below. If ever you have any questions, please contact me at or through my website here.


All sales are final and non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival, the customer must send Amie Wade a picture of the damage at which then a replacement will be sent. The customer must contact Amie Wade via email at no later than three days of delivery. If the damaged item is not reported in the specified time, no replacement will be sent.


Event/Class/Workshop: There are no refunds once you have purchased your space for our event/class/workshop.

Single Session Service: For a full refund, your appointment must be canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment. No refund will be issued if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment; however, you may reschedule your appointment within a 30-day time-frame of the original scheduled appointment.

Coaching Packages: If you choose to cancel your coaching program before the start of your third session, the rate for each attended session will be calculated at the current hourly rate and will be deducted from the coaching package amount paid and the remaining funds will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after the start of your third session or 30 days, whichever is sooner.
