This 4-part interactive class series is designed to help you put some of that weight down – the pressure to keep it together, the unspoken grief, the patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode.
No surface-level advice. No pretending it’s all fine. We’re coming together for real support, healing, and transformation.
This is for you if:
